Why donate to Theatre Projects?

Because Theatre Projects Manitoba is a community-based, not-for-profit charitable organization and like most professional theatre companies, we rely on the ongoing support of individuals and organizations through gifts and donations to keep our ticket prices accessible to all.

Also, as a developmental theatre company, we fulfill a vital function for the community. We present a professional season of Manitoba theatre –focused on Manitoba plays and using Manitoba theatre artists in all disciplines. We provide challenges to theatre artists locally and we are often the provider of an artist’s first professional break.

Also, because we have a small infrastructure, approximately 70% of our revenues go directly to the art and the artists that contribute to our season and an even greater percentage stays right here in Manitoba.

Whether it is $10 or $10,000, we appreciate any contribution you make and will issue a tax deductible receipt for the full amount of your gift.
